14 Building Exterior Apartment Painting with Carpentry Repairs in Westerville, OH
The owners of Pierpont Apartments wanted to update their apartment complex. One of the most economical ways to accomplish this is with a full exterior painting project with complete color change to all of the buildings. We collaborated with them to establish a traditional Black, White and Gray color scheme that offered a fresh, crisp look. The aluminum siding was painted with two shades of gray, SW7072 Online for the main body and SW6249 Storm Cloud for the Accent siding on the stairs. The trim, gutters, aluminum soffit, and railings were painted crisp SW7006 Extra White and the Shutters and Doors were painted SW6258 Tricorn Black.
In addition to the painting, Carpentry and Siding repairs to various areas of the property were completed. The clubhouse was painted in full and a new metal pool fence was installed. Capital Contracting Services also built two brand new wood pergolas for the pool patio.
