Soffits, Fascia, Gutters, and Downspouts
Brick, Vinyl Siding, and Wood Siding
Window Casings
Porch Ceiling and Posts
Doors and Door Frames
Shed
Outside of Building including the Garage Door and Electrical Boxes
Preparation Work:
Power washing and caulking
Scraping and sanding, with heavy scraping on peeling siding
Priming all surfaces to ensure long-lasting adhesion
Equipment and Techniques
Due to the height of the building, a lift was required to safely access and paint elevated areas. This project also included the need for removing an awning at the rear door and filling in gaps and holes in the brick facade where old signage and awning had been attached.
