Scope of Work
Interior Apartment Renovations to 5 Units
– Demo of Carpet, tiles, vinyl flooring, carpet from stair treads, baseboards, doors, old kitchen cabinets, countertops, basement bathrooms, upstairs bathrooms.
– Installed new underlayment sub flooring to level floors, flooring, doors, door hardware, baseboards, kitchen cabinets, kitchen countertops, cabinets handles, faucets, sinks, light fixtures, smoke detectors, bathroom vanities, mirrors, upstairs tub and tub surround, basement shower basin and shower plumbing, toilets, green board drywall, new post around the Radon ducts in the living room
-Installed new vinyl treads to the wood staircases.
– Installed new Appliances provided by the Property Manager
– Painted walls, doors, door trim, ceilings, stairways, and cabinets after repairs and preparation were completed.
Exterior Renovations:
Exterior painting of 2 Apartment Buildings to the soffits, fascia, gutters, downspouts, brick and brick patio walls, front doors and door frames, rod iron railings, rod iron stairs, stone lintels, and window sills.
– Included power washing, priming, caulking, scraping, and preparation of surfaces to prepare for painting.
– Included carpentry & repairs to gutters, downspouts, fascia boards, rotten peak fascia boards, wood trim, siding panels, metal cap, brick molding, & door jambs.
