Full Exterior Rebrand & Repaint
The Homewood Suites wanted to convert their hotel into a Staybridge Suites and needed to rehabilitate the building to reflect the new branding standards. Our project began with pressure washing all of the siding and trim surfaces to prepare for painting, as well as washing to clean the white vinyl fences, the pergola, and the sidewalks.
We repaired the rotten fascia boards, replaced missing and damaged siding, and did necessary repairs to damaged gutters and downspouts on the building. Then we applied the new hotel paint colors via airless sprayer to the siding. The trim was freshened up with new white trim paint and the signs were repainted to reflect the new brand color scheme. Finally, the pool fence and basketball hoop were painted to preserve the metal and to get rid of flaking paint and rust.
