Apartment Complex Exterior Renovation and Painting in Powell, OH
CertaPro Painters® of Columbus (Capital Contracting Services, LLC for Capital Site) completed a comprehensive exterior renovation of 4 Buildings at Emerald Lakes Apartments in Powell, Ohio.
The project included removing the existing siding, shutters, gutters, downspouts, fascia, soffits, and window trim. We installed new vinyl siding, vented and solid soffits, PVC fascia and trim, shutters, six-inch seamless gutters, and oversized downspouts to improve the buildings’ appearance, durability, and weather protection.
Our team also installed all new double-hung vinyl windows. The installation process incorporated new window tape and properly formed flashing to help prevent water intrusion.
Exterior finishing work included painting the trim, breezeway railings, door frames, and unit entry doors in a coordinated color palette. Finish material colors included White Birch and Keystone Vinyl Siding, Storm Cloud Shutters and Door paint, and Tricorn Black gutters, downspouts, and railings.
Additional improvements included new pvc breezeway ceiling panels, matching vent accessories, and owner-supplied porch light installation. Our operations managers supervised and coordinated all material ordering, on-site storage, debris removal, and permit coordination.
The completed renovation gave all three buildings a clean, cohesive appearance while upgrading key exterior components for lasting performance.
