Capital Contracting Services was contacted by Polaris Retirement Living to paint the interior and exterior of a retirement community. The Community consists of 136 units of which we performed various improvements such as: Cabinet installation throughout the common areas, kitchen cabinet and vanity installation, and we installed kitchen and bathroom blocking for all 136 units.
Along with interior improvements we also completed various exterior improvements such as: Painting Hardie Siding/Trim, Window Trim, Porte Cochere Ceiling, Balcony Ceilings, Doors and Door Frames on the Balconies. We also painted the hallways, stairways, walls, Doors and casings, application of texture to ceilings, chair rails, crown molding, hand railings, stair rails, block walls, undersides of staircase & ceilings, & popcorn ceilings for all 136 units.
